That’s pretty much all I can say about the game, despite the age and relatively primitive graphics engine, Cooking Academy Fire and Knives is still a good cooking game. The settings are similar to Kitchen Brigade than other Cooking Academy games, but the gameplay is strongly close to the third Cooking Academy game. It was first launched on September 13th, 2013. Keep in mind the game is under $5 on Steam market (with discount). Cooking Academy - Restaurant Royale is the fourth game in the Cooking Academy series and the fifth game in the franchise.
Cooking Academy Fire and Knives Gameplayįinally, if you are willing to overlock the primitive graphics, which is also kind of understandable, considering the game is actually 5-6 years old I don’t think you’re going to regret buying it. Any processor with 800MHz + 256MB RAM and any DX compatible VGA is good enough. All you need to run this game is pretty much nothing.

Plus the game engine is not very demanding at all. The developer of the Cooking Academy Fire and Knives – Fugazo has some experience in making cooking games… so to say. Like I said, this only the short list, the game itself has a lot more to offer but there’s no reason to spoil the surprise, in case you’re going to get this game. It has everything the modern cooking games need to have (except for the stuff mentioned above) and it is entertaining if you are into cooking that is. Also, when it comes to graphical aspect and design, lack of details is also slightly concerning.īut, if we stop analyzing the data and judge the actual gameplay, then Fire and Knives game is actually quite good. Why, “almost” you ask? Because of the outdated graphics engine, I suppose. The moment where you process the fish and watching the pan, stirring it, all of it looked like a real thing… well, almost. Watched the video for few seconds and decided to buy the game. What caught my eye about Cooking Academy Fire and Knives game, was the actual preparation of ingredient and cooking process.
